Where are Anders Arens clothes made ?
All our collections are made in the southwest of France in Biarritz. In addition, our linen is grown in France, Belgium and the Netherlands and our fabrics are Masters of Linen certified, guaranteeing 100% European traceability.
Indeed, the European Confederation of Flax and Hemp is the only European agro-industrial organization which brings together all stages of production and processing of flax and hemp. Anders Arens guarantees the traceability of materials and optimal social and ethical responsibility to offer you sustainable and quality products.

How to wash your linen clothes ?
We advise you to use a cold wash program. Lay your garment flat to dry on a drying rack.
This garment will not shrink considering that we prewash the fabric before tailoring.
Will my order be gift wrapped ?
Every garment come with letter, enveloppe and box in kraft without any plastic. If you want to make a gift, please precise it in the "special instructions" section on the cart page, we will remove the price tag and you can add a personal message on the letter.
I've lost my order ID, what should I do ?
If you have lost your login details, please go to the account page then click on “You forgot your password”.
We will send you an email to reset your password.
Has my order been accepted ?
Following your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating the validation of your order and your payment.
View your orders from your account by clicking on "My Account", then "My Orders".
Can I cancel my order ?
Want to cancel your order before it ships? We invite you to contact us quickly by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of the cancellation of the order as well as its refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. It will then have to be the subject of a standard return procedure upon receipt of the package.
I have a problem with my order, what can I do ?

Is it possible to track my order ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the link to track your order. This will allow you to follow your order in real time.

How is the refund for my order processed ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
